The factory is based in the Free Trade Zone Guangzhou, China. High quality
standards made GDH receive the CE certificate for their products as well as

The research and development departments concentrate on high efficient
products. Before offering any product to the markets, each product is internally
checked and also controlled and verified by independent institutes. Each heat
pump is being checked three times during the production process. Before
shipment each heat pump is checked for all functions. After passing all tests
and checks the heat-pumps are being delivered.

As an OEM producer GDH also concentrates on the development of new
designs according to national standards in each country. All adjustments of the
designs are developed with the OEM customer, the GDH designer and the
German management.

As a producer GDHs’ focus also lays on sales & marketing and technical
support. GDH has its own marketing department to support OEM customers
in selling the heat pumps.

An inventory for parts based in Germany guarantees a fast and sufficient
service. The technical support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week,
both in Germany and in the GDH factory, Guangzhou – China.
